Gaming Roles

Main Slayers, Support Players, and Objective Players are the foundation roles of players in any game.

Slayers just focuses on killing everything that moves and usaly uses an Asault Rifle.
Objective players focuses on Completing the objective and usaly flanks with Smg.
Support players focuses on helping the objective player , calling out other players to shoot at, or calling out other players and not shooting in order to not give their position away.

There's also a 4th wich is
Scapegoat: The guy you send into the objective area to see if there is anyone camping. If he dies, then you know not to rush in there (usefull on sabotage)

Everyone on your team should be able to fill any "role" during a match when needed. You don't want someone to have that mentality that when the other team has 3 down, you don't have to grab the flag even if you are the best person in position to grab and possibly score a flag simply because your role is the "Main Slayer". Every player should be able to fill any role on a team at any given moment, there are some games where one player may have played more objective or another player slayed more, but that shouldn't determine the factor of who is the Main Slayer or Objective Player on your team.

the person who consistently puts up the best numbers should have an asault rifle and stopping power and take a majority of the shots. The other players want to take attention off of the main slayer and use perks like lightweight to get to the objective quickly and safely.

The Flankers would be objective and whoever gets up to a higher position on the map with an assault rife would be their support. Everyone slays because this game has fast fights, you dont need multiple people shooting at one target.

my favourite is camping my ass off and dieing as little as possible so i suppose thats slayer

in playoffs i'l do whatever you like i usually try to cover whoever is planting the bomb unless they tell me to plant it, generally in online whether it be objective modes or TDM i prefer to stay back and defend a flag/ certain area unless we are losing then i'l attack with ump or n00btube xD

but yh killing and not dieing is my thing

when im playing with you i will be a support role and a scapegoat if needs be i dont mind taking one for the team

you tend to switch up the roles for different game types. for instance in 4v4 CTF a common strat is to have one objective, one support and 2 slayers setting up for cut offs and spawn traps. In SnD however you do not really see teams having an objective player in this way and while the objective may be running an smg he will also be more focused on kills

my role is a supporter lie today i been using uav counter uav and sentry which all help the team and i give the sentry to someone else +D

I can fill in all the roles. Just tell me what to do, and I'll get to it. Altho Slayer and Objective Player are my best. For Slayer I just pick a SCAR-H Ext. Mags and for Objective player an Tar-21/UMP45 Silenced with Marathon .

yeah my supporting role has been doing good except for when i got 2 airdrop filled of only ammo and uav/ counter uav rubbish for my team isnt it

whats the best airdrop you guys have ever had?

i've had 3 pavelows and an attack heli before, but my best 1 was 2 ac130s a chopper gunner and an emp.

erm i had an chopper an ac130 a harrie and a pave low i almost jizzed the only thing was it was nearly endo of game so by the time i finished with the ac130 the game had ended so the chopper gunner harrier and pave wee wasted

on my 1, i picked the emp up first so i had 2 use all my airsupport before the emp and it just got shot down, i think i got about 4 kills from 2 ac130s and a chopper gunner

ash you realise you cant get an emp in air drop right? only in care packages lol

I can fill all them roles using an EBR Silenced with commando pro with Scrambler. 2ndary weap as a stinger.

you sure? i'm certain ive got emps before in airdrops perhaps it was when i was doing the 1000 airdrop challenge and i called in care pack,and Emergency at the same time, either that or im goin mad lol

although 99% of the time my airdrops are counter uav and ammo, if im lucky a shitty sentry gun :S

Around 2 months ago there was the multiple care package glitch, wich patched now. But you could see that you normally get UAV, Counter UAV, Ammo or some airstrike if you get some other killstreak you're lucky. In the emergency airdrop you will have also the same but much more chance on a good killstreak like pavelow and choopergunner/AC130.
